More progress on Scott's Road Frame

On Monday night, I got the dropouts welded to the chain stays and then mitered the stays. Today, Mo put the front triangle in the jig and got the chain stays fitting nicely with the frame. Tonight, I welded on the chain stays and then check the frame for alignment. Next up the seat stays.
